STAY CALM
If you experience some sort of dental accident, the best thing you can do is to stay calm. While you may feel inclined to panic due to the pain and stress of an injury, you can take comfort knowing it can be treated, and our team is here to help get you back to a healthy, pain-free smile.
REDUCE BLEEDING
Once you’ve gained control of the situation, take assessment of your injury. If you’re experiencing any bleeding, place a strip of gauze on the site of the injury and apply pressure with your by biting down on the gauze.
CONTROL SWELLING
Over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help to temporarily reduce pain and swelling. However, steer clear of any blood-thinning medications like aspirin. An ice pack or cold compress can be applied to the cheek near the affected area to help reduce pain and inflammation.

Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!
How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?
Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.
How do I know if I need Perio membership?
If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.
Can I add members to my account?
Absolutely! Your entire family can join.
Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.
How can I check on the status of my account?
Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.
Can I change or update my billing information?
Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.
How do I cancel my membership?
Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.
If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?
No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.
How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?
You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.
Can I prepay my membership fees?
Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

Dr. Jason Simms
Dr. Jason Simms was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and after living in various places, he landed back here and attended Tara High School where he met his wife. Dr. Jason and Dr. Anh attended LSU together, and after graduating, Dr. Jason spent time making detail oriented repairs working in IT. He was curiously inspired after working in dental offices, and decided to pursue a new, more human-centered career. He returned to LSU Health Science Center School of Dentistry to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery, and then after practicing for a couple years, Drs. Jason and Anh started Z Dentistry. Dr. Jason enriches Z Dentistry with his talent for problem solving and patiently helping others. Outside of the office, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with family.
Dr. Anh Simms
Dr. Anh Simms was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States when she was 8. She and her family lived in Marrero for a year and then moved to Baton Rouge, which she considers to be her hometown.
After graduating from Tara High School, where she met her husband, Dr. Anh continued on to LSU, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Dr. Anh taught for many years, and during that time, tooth pain brought her into the dental chair. She followed through with all recommended treatments, including ortho, implants, and crowns. With the help and advice of her dentists, her life was changed. These dental experiences are the reason she pursued a career in dentistry — and she's committed to sharing that life changing care.
Dr. Anh earned her DDS degree from the LSU School of Dentistry, and continues to educate her patients, teaching them about oral conditions and contributing to the overall improvement of their health.
Outside of the office, Dr. Anh enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family.
